Hajj & Umrah Visa Guidlines

Passport

A valid passport for at least 6 months from the date of travel with 2 facing blank pages for each traveller.

Visa Application

A completed and signed visa application (typed out or written in BLOCK LETTERS with a BLACK ball point pen).

2 (TWO) passport size photographs (4cm x 6cm) taken against a plain white back ground for each traveller (ladies preferably in Hijab).

Please ensure that the spelling of your name and passport number is as it appears in your passport. Albaseerah Hajj will not take responsibility for any incorrect spellings. Should there be an error, please inform Albaseerah Hajj immediately.

Immunisation Certificate

A stamped Immunisation Certificate showing vaccination against Meningitis (one dose of ACYW135 vaccine) for adults. You may obtain this from your GP or any participating Pharmacy

Make ensure you travel with your certificate.

Ladies & Children

Ladies and children need proper proof of relationship (marriage certificate for married couples, long birth certificates for children indicating names of both parents).
Visa will not be issued for any females wishing to travel on their own

All original documents must be accompanied with their photocopies.

Non-UK Applicants

European applicants are required to provide evidence of their stay in the UK e.g. a utility bill or bank statement

Albaseerah Hajj will not take responsibility for those who have failed to travel with supporting documentation.

Non-Muslim Names

Pilgrims who have non-Muslim names must have a statement from any Islamic Centre showing that they have embraced Islam.
